Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Comma platform ("Comma"), operated by Wyldata Ltd ("Wyldata"), a subsidiary of The Howling Group Ltd ("THG"). By accessing or using Comma, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • User: Any individual or entity using Comma.
  • Athlete: An individual registering for or participating in events managed through Comma.
  • Judge: An individual engaged to officiate at events, whose credentials are verified via Comma.
  • Event Organizer: An entity organizing events using Comma.
  • Personal Data: Information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under applicable data protection laws.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Comma, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, and you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Comma.

4. User Account Creation

To access certain features of Comma, Users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.

5. Permitted Use

Users agree to use Comma in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to data scraping, reverse engineering, or infringing upon intellectual property rights, is prohibited.

6. Fees and Payment

Access to certain features of Comma may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Wyldata reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time.

7. Data Protection

Wyldata is committed to protecting Users' Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on Comma are the property of Wyldata or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Comma for its intended purposes.

9. Termination

Wyldata reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Comma for any User who violates these Terms. Upon termination, Wyldata may delete any and all data relating to the User's use of Comma.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
